ISIS claim Manila 'attack' after masked men open fire in tourist complex

There were reports of gunfire and explosions at Resorts World Manila in the Philippines capital as gunmen reportedly shouted ISIS before jumping through a window on the third floor. Resorts World Manila (RWM) said they are currently on lockdown following reports of gunfire from unidentified men.
