Violations of the 14th amendment right to due process and 6th amendment rights through "trial in the media" or "damage of reputation by the investigators" makes it impossible for prosecutions of any sort to take place, even if the Dems were right and a crime actually existed, which likely isn't the case.
The massive, pervasive, and prejudicial publicity attending petitioner's prosecution prevented him from receiving a fair trial consistent with the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Pp. 384 U. S. 349-363.
The media is literally the enemy of the state, and there's no way to sugar coat it.
The politicization of the IC has actually destroyed Due process in the country?
The court should also have insulated the witnesses; controlled the release of leads, information, and gossip to the press by police officers, witnesses, and counsel
