From my initial looking at the Marcon leaks, it seems that they are very bad. Amongst other things it means:
a) From a national security standpoint, Marcon cannot be president since he is too vulnerable to blackmail from everyone. However he also can't really be switched out now.
b) It is possible but highly unlikely the vote will be delayed.
c) If people are forced to make a vote before they have had time to digest this information (which the media will not cover), and then Marcon wins, there will be justification for people to mass riot and contest the vote.
d) France's domestic situation is already extremely politically unstable due to islamic immigration, thus compounding the previous 3 as the society has much less ability to handle additional stressors and shocks.
It will be interesting to see how this will be handled and play out.
