Stephen Colbert not only uttered it, he spoke it about the president of his own nation and broad cast it internationally to tens of millions of people.
There's a different standard for the elite liberal media folks. Their freedom of speech and grace extended for misspeaking is a given. Not so much for conservatives and the peasantry.
