This might sound strenuous and it is but the walk through lush redwood groves is peaceful and when you arrive you're at a beautifully preserved 1913 cottage upgraded with modern amenities for comfort. "The redwood forest surrounds you" said listing agent Ethan Moeller of Coldwell Banker. "There are no homes in your sightline. All the views out of the windows are all into redwood trees and open space. There's a seasonal stream next to the house that creates dramatic landscape views." "You definitely forget the world you left behind" said Moeller. "It absolutely changes your mind to be at the house. And then when you think about leaving the benefit is you get to head downhill.
