If we were talking about "Russia" as in the DNC leaks, Guccifer 2.0, WikiLeaks and the Podesta leaks, that's all authentic and TRUE information. READ BETWEEN THE LINES. Comey isn't going to come out and talk publicly about the deep state. He throws so many clues especially through the FBI Record Vault.
