Suge Knight has been hospitalized for blood clots.
The former Death Row Records executive is in stable condition, TMZ reports.
Knight, 51, is being held in solitary confinement while his murder trial continues.
Knight was charged with murder and attempted murder after allegedly running over two men, killing one, outside a Compton burger stand in January 2015.
The onetime mogul has suffered numerous health issues since the charges were filed, including a potentially fatal blood clot in February 2015 and vision problems a month later.
He has complained that his jail conditions are hampering his physical recovery, as well as his legal defense.
