Husband getting promoted - Salary Negotiation
Hi Guys! My husband is getting a little promotion with his job. I'm self employed and own a tanning salon. I need help to see how my husband can negotiate a better salary. He has been with his company 5 years and mostly because of insurance we need for our family (too expensive being self employed). Anyways, he was offered 35K a year and health insurance with his company is about $430 every 2 weeks. How should he negotiate for a better salary. I feel like 35K a year with health insurance...
